Bazaruto Archipelago National Park
Bazaruto Archipelago National Park is a protected marine national park located off the coast of southern Mozambique in the Indian Ocean. Established in 1971, it covers the islands of Bazaruto, Benguerra, Magaruque, Santa Carolina (Paradise Island), and Bangué, along with the surrounding marine waters.
Location
Approximately 30 km east of the mainland town of Vilanculos.
Situated in Inhambane Province.
Accessible by boat or helicopter from Vilanculos.
